I Just Couldn't Help Myself!!

Block #10 came today from the Fat Quarter Quilt Shop and I spent most of the day trying to ignore the envelope...I finally broke down and just had to get it done. Another great block. I think I am going to have to give in and sign up for their 2009 BOM!!! Then that lead to another BOM that I started in January. I got two of the three

done........these things are kind of like M & M's....very addictive!!! I did get 5 rows of the Dutch Treat Quilt together. You definitely have to pay attention on this one because each row feeds in to the previous fabric and on and on!

There will be no sewing happening tomorrow....seems like I need to finish up some things around the house!! Happy Thursday everyone.

You have been quite productive. I love everything that you are working on. Too bad you have to catch up on things in the house and not sew, bummer.

You're right about the addictive qualities of M&M's... jelly beans have the same power over me. Your blocks are great.

I should try a BOM, seems like so much fun. Sorry no quilting today...maybe if you do those things around the house really fast, you can sew again!

Oh...those blocks are looking great!! Wished I'd have joined that one over the applique one! I haven't touched it!! Don't you just hate when you have to grocery shop, clean, laundry or anything else when you mind is set on quilting?!

Can you believe the Fat Quarter Shop BOM is almost over...I think I might have to sign up for the next one too! And isn't it sad when we have to catch up on "house things" and not sew...that's my day today, too!

Your BOM blocks are beautiful!
I agree, M & M's are horribly addicting, and I don't let them in the door.....well, once in awhile they sneak in.
The Dutch Treat quilt is looking amazing! Happy Friday!

I am signed up for 2 BOMs. They are fun -I haven't done them before only a Block of the Week which was hard going with the stitcheries involved.

Your ones look like a lot of fun.

Thank you for visiting my blog.

Love your latest BOM blocks - just lovely! I will have to look out for that Quilts and More - my local newsagent stocks them occasionally - always have such lovely projects!

I agree with you - those BOM's are definitely like M & M's. I'm working very hard to avoid one that has caught my attention. LOL

Lots of fun stuff to see.
